2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. This full-time position offers a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift differentials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment responsibly.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
