2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
