2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with efficient organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
