2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This part-time position involves working fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
