2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Join our team at ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker. Our warehouse operations are crucial to ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a part-time position, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. A comprehensive training program equips our employees with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in line with handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
