2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the warehouse operations at ALDI. This part-time position involves working fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise efficiently to fulfill orders received from stores. Your role will also involve maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
