2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper shipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
