2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As part of the warehouse crew, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following safety guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleaning activities.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
