2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret company policies.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
