2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at ALDI. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and collaborate with the team.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company standards.
