Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our expanding team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
