Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in handling stock efficiently, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products and address quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
