We are excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi! This full-time position offers a starting wage of $24.50 per hour, with an average of 38 hours per week. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising day-to-day store activities, improving operational results, training and developing the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans for operational improvement.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
