Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your role will involve enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback, and adhere to company policies.
- Operate equipment and cash register efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
- Operational knowledge of equipment and cleaning procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per local regulations.
