Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual to assist with supervising store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while focusing on training and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Participate in the interviewing and onboarding process.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for product recommendations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Ability to lead and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of inventory procedures and operational tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
