Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will work closely with the store manager to oversee daily store activities, optimize performance, manage schedules, and identify training opportunities for team development.

Position Type

Full-Time, 38 hours per week

Starting Wage

$24.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team improvement.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and product quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day team operations and customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Management experience is a plus.
