• Support the Dining Services Department in meal preparation and service to maintain high-quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Get to know residents, participate in orientation activities, and assist in care planning.
• Implement food service programs based on residents' preferences to encourage participation and social engagement.
• Maintain resident records, communicate effectively with team members, and provide personalized care.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English.
• Compassion for elderly individuals and a continuous interest in meeting their needs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
