Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
