Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean store environment.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, processing customer purchases.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work both independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
