Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your collaboration with team members and provision of exceptional customer service will be key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any identified issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
