Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
