Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
