Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
