Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Capable of physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
