Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. As part of the ALDI team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, assist in store inventory counts, and follow cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred.
