Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the store is organized and clean.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
