Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling cashiering duties, and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
