Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide top-notch customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Conduct store inventory counts as required
- Follow cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered
