Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide top-notch customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Conduct store inventory counts as required
  • Follow cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered
