Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will be an essential part of the ALDI team, enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Offer feedback to management on products and inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
- Comply with established company policies and maintain data security.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Safe operation of equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
