Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to staff.
- Identify training opportunities for team development.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product quality.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
