Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop operational action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company strategy and values for effective teamwork.
- Monitor the competitive environment and recommend adjustments.
- Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash handling policies are followed.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain store equipment.
- Merchandise products to maximize sales and ensure quality.
- Supervise team operations and escalate issues as needed.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in retail management preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
