Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop operational action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company strategy and values for effective teamwork.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and recommend adjustments.
  • Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
  • Ensure inventory procedures and cash handling policies are followed.
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain store equipment.
  • Merchandise products to maximize sales and ensure quality.
  • Supervise team operations and escalate issues as needed.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail management preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
