Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your exceptional customer service skills and collaborative spirit will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting and stocking.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and work experience considered.
