Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a fantastic shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and store operations

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation
• Capable of operating store equipment and following procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
