Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Manage inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment required for the role.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent knowledge from a combination of education and experience.
