Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
