Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's guidelines for customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and organize merchandise displays.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies, security measures, and procedures.
- Perform assigned duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of safely using equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
