Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
- Report product issues and assist in inventory management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
