Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Perform assigned duties and support store operations as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of following cleaning standards and company guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
