Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains a clean and well-stocked environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work well independently and within a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
