Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and uphold security standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficient in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local alcohol regulations for sales handling.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience desirable.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
