Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain store cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
