Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process purchases, clean, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficient in cashier operations and customer service
- Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
