Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift items up to 45 pounds, and perform various in-store tasks.
• Engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Skilled in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail background or equivalent education and experience.
