Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to cash policies, inventory procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
