Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well maintained, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Take inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
