We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
