Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and compliance with company policies.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
