Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborate with our team to uphold ALDI's standards and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and maintain clean merchandise displays
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to use store equipment and follow company policies
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
