Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the required Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
- Skilled in safely using equipment and following cleaning standards
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred
