Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. In this position, you will collaborate with team members, perform cashiering duties, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) at all times.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding safety and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
